Our Capabilities.

2 Sided Laminating
We can Laminate sheets up to 29” x 41” automatically and Posters up to 38” x 72” manually. We have two 2-Sided automatic machines.
The smallest we can laminate is 2” x 2” and that is automatic.

1 Sided Laminating
We can laminate sheets up to 29” x 41” automatically. We require .5” on all four sides for the maximum image area that we cover. We have two 1-Sided automatic machines.
The smallest sheet we can do is 8.5” x 11”.

Cutting
We have an automatic Challenger Cutter. Our maximum sheet size that we can cut is 40” x 40”.

Scoring
We have a Rollem TR 36-18. The widest sheet can be up to 18”

Other Capabilities
Drill up to 5 holes at a time.
Double Sided Tape Applications
Slot Punch, Round Corning, Shrink Wrapping, Collating and Eyelets (3/16” only)

Film Types
PET - 1 mil, 1.2, 1.7, 3, 5, 10. In gloss and matte.
OPP - 1 mil, 1.2, 1.7. In gloss and matte (3 mil matte only)
We also carry - Soft Touch, Scuff Proof, AGS, Nylon Layflat, Shinny Metal and Rainbow Holographic. Some films are available in Digital.
